What Makes WinterViews Eco-Friendly?
Keeping with best environmental practices, all of the cabins and communal lodge were built by EZ blocks using only recyclable, reusable wooden blocks for all the structures on site.
Our synthetic skating rink, made possible with the support of the Toronto Downtown West BIA, will be the largest Glice ® Eco ™ Rink in Toronto this season. Another plus – it will use zero water, energy and has CO2 emissions.

“The ethos of RendezViews as always to build community and bring people together. We have had 4 incredible summers and now we want to bring the same vibrancy and energy to the winter months. Instead of dreading the dark days of winter, we wanted to create another ‘one of a kind’ fun filled space. RendezViews is a globally celebrated award winning urban park that meets the modern day desires of a downtown neighbourhood. We are doing everything we can to create something that is always unique, always evolving. Providing pickleball, beach volleyball in the summer and now skating in the winter, RendezViews is truly a park like no other. When you combine these sporting amenities with all our cultural art activations and festivals, epic sports viewing with incredible food and beverage offerings it’s a very compelling argument for what an urban space can be.”
